MURDOCK MARTIN RETURNS TO BOND & PECARO

DECEMBER 7, 2001 (WASHINGTON, D.C.) - Bond & Pecaro ("B&P") is pleased to announce that Murdock H. Martin has returned to the firm in a senior position. In this new capacity, Mr. Martin will concentrate on serving clients and developing new business in strategic consulting, mergers & acquisition analysis, diversification strategy, and new technology.

Mr. Martin returns to Bond & Pecaro from Accenture, where he was a manager in the global management and technology consulting firm's Media & Entertainment strategy practice. At Accenture, Mr. Martin advised clients leading the telecommunications, electronic entertainment, broadcast hardware, and electronic content distribution industries.

Tim Pecaro, a founding partner of Bond & Pecaro commented: "We are delighted that Murdock has joined us. He is an exceptional consultant with a firm grasp of the challenges and opportunities facing the media and communications industries."

Mr. Martin was an associate at Bond & Pecaro from 1993 to 1999. Prior to his tenure at B&P, Mr. Martin worked extensively in film and television production management, working on such projects as the network television programs Homicide, MacGyver, Brooklyn Bridge, and The Sunday Comics, as well as the films Under Siege and Evil Heart, in addition to other entertainment programming and commercials. Additionally, Mr. Martin was an analyst with Smith Barney in their New York-based corporate finance division.

Mr. Martin graduated from Yale University in 1987 and earned his MBA from American University's Kogod School of Business in 2000. At Kogod, he completed dual concentrations in Finance and the Management of Global Information Technology. Mr. Martin also completed two years of graduate study at the University of Southern California's School of Cinema/Television, concentrating in production management.
